Free training

During free training you can practise Jiu Jitsu that is taught during regular classes without guidance. There are usually no teachers; everyone is there to train for themselves.
Groups can be formed where someone teaches others based on mutual agreements. Occasionally you can ask higher grades for help.

Nevertheless, there can be situations where a higher grade controles part of the free trainnig. There can be a formal start, marked by a greeting ceremony, which can even be follewed by a communal warm-up.
Adjust and follow this way of training. Make sure you bow off to the person who controls the free training when you leave dojo (also when you leave early!). Of course, the person that assumes this position also assumes responsibility and helps people when asked.

Normal etiquette that applies during classes also applies during a free training. So treat each other respectfully. Try not to disturb other groups. Make sure you wear your normal Jiu Jitsu attire.
